Kim is a straight shooter with an amazing eye for detail and an affinity for good design. As a kid, she loved to head to the library to check out books about Frank Lloyd Wright and other modern architects. She even considered an architecture career – before realizing she would rather view and stage houses than design them, making real estate a perfect match. Prior to moving to Austin and working in real estate, Kim was a digital advertising executive in New York, working at leading agencies with high-profile clients such as American Express, Pfizer, Wyeth, and John Frieda. She then left the agency side to join a boutique recruiting firm, helping ad agencies fill high-level positions. Her diverse background has honed her skill set to provide exceptional client focus and business acumen.
Kim and Carla first met in 2008, when Carla helped Kim and her husband purchase their house after they moved here from NYC. Kim has an impeccable work ethic, a great sense of humor, and never gives up. As a health enthusiast and confessed foodie, she enjoys exploring Austin’s burgeoning restaurant and local food scenes and is often doing something physical outdoors. She and her husband have lived in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood for over 13 years and have a young daughter and an old pug, named Snort.
Kim has seen Austin grow so much since she arrived over a decade ago, and she still loves discovering new things about this ever-changing city.
